Our mission is to cultivate, foster, and release the artist within.  Offering a safe environment where exploration and experimentation of the arts can be experienced within a nurturing atmosphere. We focus on giving a voice to the 'voiceless', to create collaborative projects with community members and to build bridges that facilitate open dialog and serves the county in addressing social, economic, and regional issues.  We utilize the arts to reach out to the masses while providing an opportunity for freedom of expression for all.  Through the development of original works as well established works, we are committed to promoting artistic projects that reflect social, environmental, and local issues.  We welcome all artists from every discipline to share in the expression of their art and offer sanctuary to all who join.
