Gretha Omey

A native of Humboldt County, Gretha has a BA in Theatre and Literature from FranciscanUniversity (Ohio, 1997) and a MA in Spanish Theatre Literature from the University of Navarre (Spain, 2004).  Over the years she has received formation as a theatre artist at The London Academy of Performing Arts (UK, 1996), Actors Theatre of Louisville (Kentucky, 1997-1998) and Academia del Actor Réplika (Spain, 2004-2005).  Her theatre experience includes work as a bilingual company actor for Lingua Arts Theatre Company (Spain, 2004-2005), actor and director for The Madrid Players (Spain, 2003-2005), founder and director of experimental theatre company Compañía Accidente Coreografiado (Spain, 2005-present), actor and director for Northcoast Repertory Theatre (California, 2005-2007) and as a company member of Sanctuary Stage (California, 2006-present).
